

Booking Policy
You can easily book your appointment through the online booking page, This is the quickest way to get an appointment.
All NEW clients do need to contact Danica first before booking. Please contact her via email, or social media and include a current unfiltered clear photo of your hair , 2 year history and an inspiration photo. All appointments are subject to approval before confirmation.
All NEW clients will be required to place a $50 non refundable booking fee (this can be transferable to a rescheduled appointment once with 24 hours notice) on ALL first colour services. This deposit will be invoiced to you by email and must be paid within 24 hours of booking an appointment, If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the appointment will be denied.

Satisfaction Guarantee
At Hairplay By Danica we guarantee our work, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied and need an adjustment you must contact Danica within 48 hours of the original appointment and be prepared to come back in for the adjustment within that week, if you contact Danica after the 48 hour time frame you may not be guarantee'd that the adjustment will be complimentary, and could be charged a new service. If you changed your mind and decided the colour "just isn't for you" unfortunately you will be charged a whole new service to change it. If you use any products outside of my recommendation *aka drug store shampoo* this voids any adjustments or fixes. All retail purchases in the salon are final sale no exchange or returns. All services in salon are NON REFUNDABLE.
